Job summary
Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineering professional to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.
This role blends hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing suite of services across
Qualifications
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
- Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
- Automate infrastructure and harden security configurations.
- Collaborate across teams to support Epic training environments, hosted client systems and testing platforms worldwide.
- Provide reliable, scalable, and secure services and participate in on-call rotations.
