Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate delivery platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. You will be part of the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
