Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure supporting internal staff, customers, and global training environments. The role emphasizes automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration across Epic’s campus-based systems.

You will work in the Application Delivery workgroup to deploy Windows-based infrastructure, hosting IIS web apps and remote platforms such as Citrix, while contributing to CI/CD processes and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting or programming. PowerShell experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers and global training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.
• Drive automation, security hardening and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.
