Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft-based services.
Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Monitor server performance, availability, capacity, and health.
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware.
Implement and maintain server backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.
