eInfochips, an Arrow company, is seeking an experienced software engineer for on-site work in Milwaukee, WI. The role emphasizes Windows IoT Enterprise development, real-time embedded systems, and large-scale software refactoring, with leadership in an agile team.

You will work with x86/ARM hardware, use GitHub/Jenkins, and apply modern software engineering principles in a security-conscious environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows IoT Enterprise Development is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with design and development.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and C#.
• Experience with real-time embedded environments.
• Experience with large-scale refactoring of embedded software.
• Experience meeting security standards such as IEC 62443.
• Past technical leadership in an agile setting.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Windows IoT Enterprise Development – Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the application of modern software engineering principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
• Typically requires 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated professional development in software design and development.
• Ability to understand and apply knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming techniques, especially in C++ and C#.
• Experience working with real-time embedded development environments.
• Experience with large scale refactoring of embedded software systems
• Experience developing software to meet security standards such as IEC 62443
• Past technical leadership experience in an agile development setting
• In depth knowledge of software engineering and application of engineering principles and practices in a related field
• Experience in using open-source tools like GitHub and Jenkins
• Experience in x86 and ARM hardware architecture and board bring-up.
• Advanced courses or degree in engineering, computer science or controls
