Job summary

eInfochips, an Arrow company, seeks an Embedded Engineer in Cedar Rapids, IA for on-site duties. You will derive detailed software requirements from system needs and contribute to Flight Management and Flight Display systems, with a focus on DO-178B/C compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS or EE and 8+ years in embedded development, with C, C++ and Python skills, plus experience with SCA tools (Rapita, LDRA/VectorCast) and configuration management tools.

• Professional experience in embedded systems
• Development and execution of test cases and procedures
• Generation of test results and reports
• Developing support utilities to reduce cycle time
• Perform Dry Run and RFS related activities
• 8+ years of experience
• Flight Management system (FMF, FUI) / Flight Display system
• Knowledge of C, Python, C++
• Familiarity with configuration management tools

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing High Level and Low-Level requirements from system requirements.
• Flight Management system (FMF, FUI)./ Flight Display system.
• DO 178B/C
• Analyze System level architectural requirements and use it for Design and Development of Software Requirements.
