Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in home improvement, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver consultative sales experiences.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Basic technical aptitude for measurements and product specifications.
• Valid driver’s license (for field-based roles, if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, referrals, and field marketing.
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess customer needs and project requirements.
• Present and demonstrate window and door products, including features, benefits, and energy efficiency advantages.
• Provide accurate measurements, pricing estimates, and project timelines.
• Build trust with customers and confidently handle objections.
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes, and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
