As an Installer on our Birmingham, AL team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by delivering five-star window installation and exterior remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• A valid smartphone or device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load trucks
• Drive to customers' homes, greet, and establish rapport
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors
• Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer homes by properly cleaning up after installation
• Enjoy year-round, steady work
