Overview

BILT Incorporated is a fast-growing software-as-a-service company revolutionizing instructions and training for consumers and professional technicians alike. BILT creates official 3D Intelligent Instructions for thousands of products from hundreds of innovative brands and hosts them on a free mobile app. Users can manipulate interactive animations on a touchscreen, providing a superior training differentiator for products that require assembly, installation, maintenance, programming, or repair. Our Global Brand Support Center is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex between DFW Airport and the Southlake Town Square.

About the Job

BILT is hiring a Windows Developer to build and maintain desktop applications for government clients, ensuring compatibility with our mobile SaaS platform. Due to the requirements of our government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications
  • Develop, test, and maintain Windows desktop applications using .NET and C#.
  • Integrate APIs and ensure compatibility with cloud services.
  • Ensure compliance with government security and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with QA and UX teams to deliver reliable applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Windows development experience.
  • Experience with government or enterprise applications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET and Windows frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration and secure development practices.
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.
Technical Skills

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Developer (preferred)
  • Location: This role is based at BILT’s Global Brand Support Center in Grapevine, Texas, near DFW Airport and Southlake Town Square.
  • Work environment: Routine use of standard office equipment and FedRAMP-compliant communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.
  • Physical demands: Prolonged computer use and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Office hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with convenient parking and nearby amenities.
  • Federal contract work may require coordination with government stakeholders and adherence to secure development practices.
