ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a Cloud Engineer - Windows to design, implement, and support Windows server environments in secure federal cloud or hybrid setups.

You will build and manage VMs, images, and automation to provision Windows workloads while ensuring security, availability, and cost efficiency. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 4–7+ years of Windows administration with cloud experience (Azure/AWS).
• Strong Windows server management including image handling and patching.
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, logging, and monitoring.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and administer Windows server instances in public or private clouds, including image management and baseline enforcement.
• Design and implement cloud networking such as virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and load balancers.
• Automate Windows deployment and configuration using scripting and IaC for repeatable builds and compliance.
• Integrate Windows with directory services and identity providers with proper access controls.
• Monitor and optimize Windows systems in the cloud for performance, availability, and cost.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and applications teams to align Windows services with CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and support backup, recovery, and DR processes for Windows workloads per federal policies.
• Maintain runbooks and diagrams describing Windows cloud architectures and procedures.
