Job summary

ISBH in Franklin County, OH seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level support for staff and field workers. You will resolve tickets, manage user accounts, install software, and document actions in the ticketing system across multiple sites.

The role requires an IT-related associate degree or equivalent, A+ certification, and at least 3 years of Windows-based helpdesk experience, with healthcare IT experience preferred. Willingness to travel across the service area is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent; A+ certification required.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk or technology experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Resolve assigned tickets in a timely, complete, and customer-friendly manner.
• Manage user accounts (password resets, unlocks, groups, creation, deletion).
• Document all interactions in the service desk system.
• Install, update, test, and configure software for end users.
• Build, rebuild, and wipe endpoint devices; support device refresh cycles.
• Provide technical training on ISBH systems for staff and new hires.
• Travel to ISBH offices across the service area as required.
