Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Franklin County, OH, is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level troubleshooting, account management, and user support across the organization.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in IT, A+ certification, at least 3 years in a Windows-based help desk, and strong customer service skills. Travel to service-area offices is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent, and A+ certification.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred; excellent customer service a must.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking basics, and Windows security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting via phone, chat, remote tools, or in person.
• Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlock, modify groups, create, disable.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system and close tickets when resolved.
• Install, test, and configure software for end users; perform preventative maintenance.
• Travel to offices in the service area as required.
