The role requires at least 1 year of installation experience, ability to read measurements, and use caulking tools, power tools, and levelers safely. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Ability to read measurements accurately and use caulking tools, power tools, and levelers safely for residential window and door installation
• Knowledge of sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing best practices for residential window and door installation
• Experience working professionally with homeowners in occupied homes
• Able to carry windows and doors, stand for extended periods, and use ladders safely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites
• Fluent in English
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus
