Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a Windows Admin to support on-site operations in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, and AD troubleshooting to ensure stable infrastructure.

The candidate should bring strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell, JavaScript) and be able to contribute to automation efforts, including ServiceNow API interactions and DR/HA planning.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows Server 2008–2022 platforms.
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Zerto.
• Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell, JavaScript).
• Experience with automation workflows and ServiceNow APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide root cause analysis for Windows platform issues.
• Subject matter Expert of Windows, Active Directory, Tech Specs, Patching, P2V, cybersecurity risks.
• Design and implement technical solutions of platform and application set up.
• Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, provide High availability (HA), Disaster recovery (DR).
• Manage and configure VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines.
• Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows based systems.

Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows 2008,2012,2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 server platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on VM ware, Nutanix platforms, Zerto
• Experience on Troubleshooting Active Directory AD issues
• Excellent scripting skills (Example: shell scripts, PowerShell, JavaScript)
• Ability to support the automation environment including troubleshooting vRA and vRO issue
• Develop and document automated workflows
• Experience with Service now APIs
