Sawyer Staffing is seeking a Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technician in Greenville/Easley, SC for part-time or full-time roles. Training starts at $15/hour for the initial two weeks, followed by a 30% commission on completed jobs.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.

• Experience in window cleaning/pressure washing is a plus, not required.

Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technician

Location: Greenville & Easley, SC
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $15/hour during initial training, followed by 30% commission on completed jobs

About the Position

We are a growing exterior cleaning company looking for dependable, motivated team members who want to build a long-term career and share in our success. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time technicians in the Greenville and Easley areas.

Technicians will perform residential, commercial, and industrial exterior cleaning services , including window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, commercial, and industrial window cleaning
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
• Clean and maintain gutters
• Work safely on ladders and at various heights
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Maintain and properly care for equipment
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, excluding rain and severe storms
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Travel to customer locations throughout the service area

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or related experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Training: $15/hour for the first 2 weeks for candidates who need training
• Candidates with previous knowledge/experience may be eligible to start at a different rate
• Commission: 30% of the total job, paid weekly after training
• Jobs typically range from $500 to $25,000
• Larger jobs may require multiple technicians
• Our lead technician earned $72,000 last year before bonuses
