Job summary

Budget Blinds of Mid Coast is seeking an in-home and on-site window coverings installer. You will professionally install blinds, shutters, shades, draperies, and motorized options at residential and commercial sites, ensuring high-quality results.

You will work with the office, sales team, and vendors to resolve issues, measure spaces, and participate in lead generation programs, with training provided to learn new technologies and products.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Friendly, courteous, and pleasant with all types of people.
• Ability to learn and install new technology in window coverings.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of window treatments at residential and commercial sites.
• Coordinate with office, sales team, and vendors to resolve install issues.
• Repair damaged products and work with manufacturers to resolve issues.
• canvass and participate in lead generation programs
• Measure homes and businesses for window treatments
• Check in freight, label, and organize warehouse
