Window Treatment Sales Consultant - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join us as a Window Treatment Sales Consultant at TieTalent. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new consultants in the Indianapolis market, payable in two installments after 30 and 60 days of good standing.

Role Overview

As a Design Consultant, you will enhance homes and workspaces by servicing qualified leads generated by our marketing team. You will work closely with district leadership and support teams, utilizing state-of-the-art training, tools, and resources to meet sales objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. Our offerings are current and designed to meet diverse client needs, backed by industry-leading warranties and client care.

Responsibilities
  • Match products and services to client needs effectively.
  • Close appointments by demonstrating our value proposition and building trust.
  • Execute systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid errors.
  • Accurately measure, record, and configure specifications.
  • Provide high-level client service and follow-up professionally and promptly.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Adapt to business needs, including scheduling and team participation.
  • Uphold core values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Customer Experience, and Passion.
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined.
Candidate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Windows.
  • Ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • 2-5 years of relationship selling experience, preferably in home or outside sales, retail, or related fields.
  • Experience or education in design and decor is a plus.

Competitive, uncapped commission and bonus potential, with nationwide average earnings of $80,000-$90,000.
