Job summary

Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking an Automotive Window Tint Installer to install window tint film to Napleton’s standards and to support Paint Protection Film work on various vehicle surfaces.

The role requires prior tinting experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll prepare vehicles, use precision tools, and communicate with customers and team members to meet installation timelines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience tinting windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and other surfaces.
• Apply automotive window tint to side, rear, and windshield glass.
• Prepare vehicles through washing, decontamination, and surface inspection.
• Use precision cutting tools, squeegees, heat guns, and installation solutions.
• Remove and replace defective film when necessary.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure a clean, bubble-free finish.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding installation needs and timelines.
• Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Constant bending, reaching, standing, walking. Frequent carrying, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
