Job summary

Lexus of Milwaukee is seeking an Automotive Window Tinter to install window tint film to Napleton’s standards at our Milwaukee location. The Window Tint Installer will tint side, rear, and windshield glass and ensure a high-quality, bubble-free finish.

Experience tinting windows is required; a valid driver’s license is needed and physical duties include bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicle hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, doors, and other surfaces.
• Apply automotive window tint to side, rear, and windshield glass.
• Prepare vehicles through washing, decontamination, and surface inspection.
• Use precision cutting tools, squeegees, heat guns, and installation solutions.
• Remove and replace defective film when necessary.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure a clean, bubble-free finish.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding installation needs and timelines.
• Other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience tinting windows.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Constant bending, reaching, standing, walking. Frequent carrying, kneeling, pushing, pulling.
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
