Job summary

AmericanWindowFilm is seeking energetic installers to join our growing team for commercial and residential window film and graphics installation. Basepay plus uncapped commission offers real earning potential.

Top installers earn over $100K/year, with no cap and a program that pays an extra $10+ per hour above base. Responsibilities include site preparation, equipment management, tinting and graphics installation, customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years prior experience in flat glass film installation.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with window tinting tools and techniques.
• Ability to work well with others on the team.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work in regards to site preparation, equipment management, and window tinting and graphics installation duties.
• Support your coworkers with a sense of urgency and care for safety and quality.
• Follow instructions and develop a supportive relationship with other installers.
• Demonstrate a high degree of customer service with each customer.
• Identify methods to solicit customer feedback and react to areas of opportunity.
