Pella Windows & Doors is hiring a Window Technical Measurer in Nampa, ID. This role verifies measurements and product specifications for replacement windows and doors, conducts pre-site and post-installation quality visits, and serves as installation expert for customers, sales consultants, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in home construction, experience with Pella or similar products, knowledge of building codes and safety, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify replacement orders for opening size, product function, and layout; specify materials for code-compliant reinstallation
• Conduct job site readiness checks and post-installation quality inspections
• Recruit, onboard, and train installation subcontractors as volume grows
• Train sales consultants, installers, and team members on products, installation applications, building codes, and safety
• Mediate escalated customer installation concerns and provide feedback to Sales Managers
• Use Salesforce CRM, digital documentation, and e-signatures to track work
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on installer scheduling and drive process improvements and safety upgrades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, walk, and stoop; work on ladders up to three stories

We’re Hiring: Window Technical Measurer (a.k.a. the Job-Site Problem Solver)

The Window Technical Measurer makes sure every Pella installation starts right and finishes right. This role verifies measurements and product specifications for replacement windows and doors, conducts pre-site and post-installation quality visits on new construction, and serves as the installation expert for customers, sales consultants, and subcontractors. The role also helps build and grow the Trade/Replacement installation program.

• Verify replacement orders for opening size, product function, and building layout, and specify the materials needed for code-compliant reinstallation.
• Conduct job site readiness checks and post-installation quality inspections.
• Recruit, onboard, and train installation subcontractors as volume grows.
• Train sales consultants, installers, and other team members on products, installation applications, building codes, and safety.
• Mediate escalated customer installation concerns and provide feedback to Sales Managers.
• Use Salesforce CRM, digital documentation, and e-signatures to track work.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on installer scheduling, and drive process improvements and safety/equipment upgrades.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, walk, and stoop, and to work on ladders up to three stories.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company Fleet Safety Policy.
• Company vehicle and tools provided upon completion of the training period.
• Up to 50% local travel to job sites, customer and contractor locations, and company events.
• Work settings include warehouses, offices, showrooms, and active construction sites with power tools and moderate-to-loud noise.
• 2+ years of experience in the home construction industry (required).
• Experience with Pella or similar products, installation applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, customer service, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.04 - $28.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
