84 Lumber is hiring a Window Service Technician to install and maintain windows at construction sites. This full-time, hourly role performs installation, balancing, glass/sash replacement, and post-install cleaning.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and a high school diploma or GED. Benefits include incentives, PTO, insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Reading comprehension of instructions, write short memos, and present information clearly.
• Ability to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• Solve problems with a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
• High school diploma or GED (or related experience).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain windows at construction sites.
• Install screens as part of window installations.
• Balance windows during installation.
• Replace glass and/or sashes as needed.
• Clean windows after installation is complete.
• Write routine reports and correspondence for a small group.
• Warehouse duties include stocking inventory and loading/unloading.
