They are making sure that any issues that arise during shipping and install are taken care of. This person will need to be responsive to client requests and respectful while on job sites. The tech will be an important part in achieving Parr’s mission of Legendary Service Through Teamwork by providing a value-added service to product we sold and our customer installed.
