You will build product knowledge on windows and building materials, read plans, and collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Delivery to ensure accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of windows and building materials.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly.
• Proficient with computers and sales/order entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a full line of window products.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, bids, and quotes based on customer plans and specifications.
• Provide product recommendations and technical expertise to help customers choose the best solutions for their projects.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our window product offerings and stay current on industry trends.
• Manage projects from quote through order completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Identify opportunities to maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and delivery, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
