Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is hiring a Sales Representative in Lincoln, NE. This role includes leads provided, no cold calling, and paid training with a draw option. Expect a substantial earning potential in the six figures as you build a local customer base and close in-home sales.

The position offers a W-2 sales role with health/dental options and a robust benefits package. Training runs for four weeks with daily coaching and opportunities for career growth within champion’s nationwide

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer / math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and use Champion’s sales presentation to close.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Attend daily sales / training meetings and coaching sessions.
