Job summary

Champion Window is hiring Sunroom and Window Sales Representatives in the greater Cincinnati area. You will deliver in-home sales presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales with supporting training and provided leads.

No cold calling is required; paid training and daily coaching help you succeed, with potential earnings of $100,000–$200,000+ in your first year. HS degree or equivalent required; a clean driving record is a must.

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn product details and present them clearly
• Comfort with daily coaching and training sessions

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs/wants and present Champion’s solutions
• Negotiate and close the sale with customers
• Attend daily sales meetings and coaching sessions
