Job summary

Minnkota Windows West Fargo, ND is seeking a Production Associate to support manufacturing across vinyl fabrication, welding, and final assembly. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm with overtime as required; pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00+ per hour, plus a full benefits package.

You will follow job documentation and work orders, label products, track output, and ensure safety and quality while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and shop-floor paperwork.
• Safety-first mindset and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Support vinyl fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing across production stages.
• Ensure proper labeling of products and components.
• Track production output and progress using boards or systems.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain quality standards.
