Job Details

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $18.13-37.39 hourly + up to $500 - $615 per period incentive. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

1. Construction Aptitude
   • Variations in wall materials and thickness
   • Different types of casings or sill constructions
   • Changes from house settling
   • Unforeseen structural damage
2. Soft Skills to serve as the "face" of Renewal by Andersen by:
   • Taking time to get to know the homeowners
   • Explaining to them what will happen throughout the day
   • Answering any questions that come up
   • Asking the happy homeowner for an online review at the conclusion of the job

Qualifications

Do you have:

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Window installation and remodeling experience
3. A proven track record of superior workmanship
4. Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available (between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
6. Working knowledge of hand and power tools
7. Valid driver's license
8. Able to perform the essential functions of the job
9. Able to communicate with peers and homeowners
10. Able to organize tasks and job requirements
11. Proficient in the use of tools and equipment
12. Empathy and customer service skills
13. A strong sense of accountability-and an equally strong sense of teamwork
14. Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving, and decision making
15. Self-motivation, time- and work-process management skills, and the ability to work independently

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
