• Install Avanti window & door products into newly constructed homes.
• Properly execute designated flashing and installation methods for vinyl windows & doors.
• Learn The Avanti Install Method (AIM).
• Support and collaborate with team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and set proper expectations.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and MVR preferred.
• Leadership qualities with good listening skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Construction and window experience are a plus.
• Willingness to learn AIM method with on-the-job training from day one.
• Ability to operate cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns.
• Ability to safely climb ladders.
• Adherence to OSHA fall protection procedures.
• Ability to lift 30-100 lbs. multiple times daily.
• Teamwork and professional communication skills.
