Window World of Cape Girardeau is seeking installers to replace old windows and doors with pre-sold products. Installers will pick up stock, transport it to customer homes, and complete installations per company standards while collecting old product and debris for disposal.

Role requires hands-on installation skill, strong communication, and reliability. The team operates on-site with full-time hours and opportunities for bonuses through performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to pick up pre-sold products and transport to customer homes.
• Remove and collect old windows/doors for disposal at the Window World location.
• Troubleshoot field issues to avoid delays.
• Complete installations professionally, including trims, insulation, and caulk.
• Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from the customer.
