Job summary

Window World installers carefully remove old windows and doors from homes and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards. Installers pick up pre-sold product from Window World’s warehouse and transport to customers’ homes for installation.

They complete installation of all new product, collect old product and debris for disposal back at the Window World location, and obtain a completion certificate and final payment from the customer.

Qualifications

• Experience removing and installing windows and doors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on site to pick up pre-sold product and transport to customer.
• Remove and dispose of old windows/doors at the job site/warehouse.
• Troubleshoot field issues to avoid delays.
• Complete installation, including trims and caulk.
• Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from customer.
