Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced window and door installers to join an established installation crew. You will install replacement windows and doors in residential settings, delivering high quality workmanship and professional service.

You will work independently with your crew, manage projects efficiently, and maintain safety and organization on site. Ownership of your own truck, trailer and tools is preferred; insurance and valid license required.

Qualifications

• Established installation crew of two or more installers.
• Minimum 4 years of window installation, construction, or remodeling experience preferred.
• Proven track record of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage installation projects efficiently.
• General Liability Insurance of $1 million per occurrence.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and automobile insurance.
