West Shore Home is seeking a Window and Door Installer in Boston, MA. The role requires starting at 6:30 AM from the local warehouse, visiting customers, and performing safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors with careful cleanup afterward.

You will greet customers, build rapport, and ensure a 5-star experience while complying with SOPs and PPE guidelines. A valid license and tools proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.

Position: Window and Door

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30AM

Purpose Of Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$24 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
• $1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.
