Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects, including window installations, vinyl siding, hardie siding, metal roofing, asphalt shingles, gutters, fascia & soffit work.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000).
• Proven trade experience with reliable crews.
• Must have own tools, equipment and transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to clean, safe, high-quality job sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality exterior installations for residential projects.
• Maintain safety and workmanship standards on site.
• Coordinate with Home Genius Exteriors team for project flow.

We offer consistent work volume and flexibility to keep your crews busy year-round. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $270M in installed work and are projected to grow to over $500M in net sales in 2026.

We are currently hiring subcontractors for:

Window Installations

And Additionally:

• Vinyl Siding Installation
• Hardie Siding Installation
• Metal Roofing
• Asphalt Shingle Roofing
• Gutter Installation
• Fascia & Soffit Work

Requirements:

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
• Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
• Professional references from recent installations
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
