Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects, including window installations. We offer consistent work year-round and flexibility to keep crews busy.

The company has grown rapidly, with multi-year sales and strong projected growth for 2026, and provides organized project management and supporting teams. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, with requirements

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance required (minimum $1,000,000)
• Proven trade experience with reliable crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
• Professional references from recent installations
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Install window installations including vinyl and Hardie siding as part of exterior projects
• Perform siding installations (Vinyl and Hardie) and gutter work
• Carry out metal roofing and asphalt shingle roofing installations
• Handle fascia & soffit work on residential exteriors
• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on projects

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects including but not limited to window installations. We’re growing fast and looking to partner with dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer consistent work volume and flexibility to keep your crews busy year-round. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $270M in installed work and are projected to grow to over $500M in net sales in 2026.

We are currently hiring subcontractors for:

Window Installations

• Vinyl Siding Installation
• Hardie Siding Installation
• Metal Roofing
• Asphalt Shingle Roofing
• Gutter Installation
• Fascia & Soffit Work

Requirements

• Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
• Professional references from recent installations
