Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking installers to join a 2-3 person crew for residential window and door installations. You will complete projects with support from managers, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all seasons.

Applicants should have 3+ years of installation experience, a valid license, EPA/Lead certification, and be fully insured. Materials and dumpsters are provided; weekly pay and a sign-on bonus of $1,500 are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an enclosed trailer or truck.
• EPA/Lead certification.
• Fully insured with proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Install residential windows and doors as part of a 2-3 person crew.
• Complete installations to ensure smooth project completion with the support of devoted managers.
• Participate in year‑round work and maintain productivity across seasons.
• Operate with provided job materials and dumpsters at no cost to you.
• Follow safety and quality standards to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors
• Valid driver’s license and access to an enclosed trailer or truck, cargo van, or box truck to transport windows, plus a metal brake and tools for installations.
• Experience using a metal brake.
• LLC/EIN number.
• Fully insured with proof of liability, auto, and workers’ compensation insurance.
• EPA/Lead certification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation

• Average pay for a 2-3 man crew: $250,000–$300,000 per year, paid weekly
• Sign-on bonus of $1500 (conditions apply)
