Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated installer to join our full-time, year-round team in Tennessee. This position performs residential window and door installations and requires reliable transportation, proper licensing, and EPA/Lead certification.

You'll work with a 2-3 person crew, receive weekly pay, and enjoy year-round work with support from devoted managers. The role emphasizes organization, time management, strong communication, and a positive attitude on every

• Must have a valid driver’s license and enclosed trailer or truck to transport windows.
• Must have a metal brake and experience using a metal brake.

• Must have EPA/Lead certification.
• Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $250,000-$300,000 per year*, paid weekly
• Year-round work to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)
• Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you
• Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion
• Pay varies based on volume and work completed*
