Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Window Install Technician in Des Moines, IA. You will install home remodeling products according to our standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

Must have 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience, experience with window replacements, a valid driver's license and strong communication skills. We offer base pay of $20/hr, Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
