Window & Door Warranty & Customer Service Manager

SnapDragon Associates, LLC provides a pay range of $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Role Overview:

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end windows & doors in Houston, TX, seeks a Head of Warranty & Service. This role oversees end-to-end department operations, ensuring efficient handling of warranty and service requests. Responsibilities include standardizing the intake process with SharePoint and WTS Paradigm, implementing decision trees for field visits, improving communication with customers and sales teams, managing field technicians, tracking performance metrics, analyzing service trends, and overseeing technician performance, including hiring and disciplinary actions.
