A Holmes Lumber, a division of Carter Lumber, seeks a Window & Door Service Technician in Ohio to install windows and doors on new construction projects. Knowledge of windows and doors, including installation, is vital along with a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials and tools.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to follow directions both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 32'.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that quality installation/repairs can be done.
• Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools.
• Conducts window and/or door performance tests.
• Creates and supports a safe work environment on the job site to protect the interest of the company at all times.
• Ensures customers are treated with the utmost respect and receive high quality workmanship.
• Responsible for acquiring training to repair products safely and efficiently and becoming certified.
