Job Summary

• Installers remove old windows and doors and replace them with new products according to company standards. They pick up pre-sold products, transport them to customers’ homes, complete installation, dispose of old materials, and collect final payment and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Arrive punctually to pick up products and transport them to the customer’s home.
• Remove and dispose of old windows and doors.
• Troubleshoot issues in the field to avoid delays.
• Complete installations professionally and efficiently, including finishing touches.
• Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from the customer.

Qualifications

• Own a truck, trailer, or van with necessary tools for installation.
• Maintain required insurance, workers' compensation, and licenses.
• Knowledge of window and door removal and installation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Persistence, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Pride in craftsmanship and quality of work.
