Job summary

Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is seeking an installer to work with homeowners, delivering world-class service while installing windows and doors of various shapes and sizes. The role offers year-round work, a robust benefits package, and a strong training program.

You will safely prepare, install, and finish products on site, coordinate with the Lead Installer, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 150 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, window installation, or similar.
• Experience using power tools and metal brake.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proven track record of superior craftsmanship.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demolish and complete installation projects safely and efficiently.
• Walkthroughs with customers before and after project to explain steps.
• Prepare windows, doors, and openings (taping, caulking, cleaning).
• Finish exterior and interior work on all products.
• Collaborate closely with Lead Installer on site.

Skills
