Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Basic construction techniques and OSHA safety knowledge.
• Ability to read a tape measure and lift up to 83 pounds.
• Willingness to work variable schedules and pass safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the jobsite for setup and tear down, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Assess jobsite hazards before starting work and address them as needed.
• Collaborate with installers to maximize efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.
• Provide support for minor service calls as needed.
• Complete daily tool audits and maintain site safety and organization.
• Follow PPE and fall protection protocols at all times.
• Set up and tear down tarps, runners and floor protections.
