Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Appleton, WI is seeking window and door installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen. We are looking for people with any skill level - from highly experienced to entry level who have a passion to learn the trades! This is a full time, W2 position.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record.
• Six months of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation
