Job summary

Window World of Penn/Ohio is seeking experienced window and door installers to join our team. You will remove old units and install new exterior remodeling products at customer homes, loading pre-sold products from our warehouse and delivering high-quality workmanship.

This role rewards reliability, punctuality, clear communication with homeowners, and careful disposal of old materials. A two-person crew is preferred, and the company supports organized warehouse operations to help complete jobs

Qualifications

• Must have a truck/van or trailer and essential installation tools.
• Insurance and licensing/credentials to perform window and door installation where required.
• Experience removing and installing windows and doors.
• Reliable, with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to pick up pre-sold products and transport to the customer home.
• Remove old windows/doors and dispose of debris per policy.
• Install new exterior products per standards and guidelines.
• Collect final payment and complete completion paperwork.
