• 2+ years of Replacement Window & Door Installation or carpentry experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75LB.

About the Role

• Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
• Work with your assigned helper in installing home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
• Setup jobsites per Rite Window guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards are met at all times.
• Ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
• Complete all post-install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.

What You 'll Bring

• 2+ years of Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience.
• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Must be lead safe certified.
• OSHA 10 - Preferred.
• OSHA 30 - Preferred.
• DOT Health Card.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Lift up to 75LB.
