Preston Feather is seeking an Inside Sales, Window & Door representative to join our Gaylord showroom team. You’ll greet customers, guide them through product choices, and coordinate behind-the-scenes with the sales team to ensure timely orders and deliveries.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service/office experience helps.
• Ability to learn and use industry software for construction/building projects.
• Willingness to coordinate with sales team and vendors to ensure orders are fulfilled.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly face in the showroom and guide customers through their project journey.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely contractor bulk orders and deliveries.
• Learn industry software to support sales and project coordination.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions for doors and windows.
