The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site.

Responsibilities:

1. Install a wide range of window treatments, including manual and motorized blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery, with precision and efficiency.
2. Conduct on-site measurements and adjustments to ensure the proper fit and function of window coverings.
3. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction with each installation.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site to ensure a seamless final product.
5. Work with the sales and design teams to understand project requirements and execute installations accordingly.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while handling tools and materials.
8. Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their new window coverings.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in window covering installation, carpentry, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. Knowledge of motorized window treatments and smart home integrations is a plus.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
7. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to job sites.

Compensation: $23 - $30 hourly
