Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided on the job.
• Comfortable working on ladders and staying active all day.
• Reliability, professionalism and clear communication expected.
• Team player with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Bring glass surfaces to life with streak-free cleaning techniques.
• Use water-fed poles and specialized tools for multi-story buildings.
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment.
• Interact with clients on-site and deliver standout service.
• Leave each job site clean, polished, and complete.
• Keep the company vehicle organized and ready to roll.
• Participate in weekly safety meetings to stay sharp and safe.
