S&K Building Services seeks a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician to service residential and commercial properties, using professional equipment to deliver high-quality cleaning results.

You’ll join a safety-focused, growth-minded team and receive comprehensive training; experience isn’t required—a strong work ethic and reliability are valued, with real opportunities to learn specialized techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but not required; training provided.
• Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude are valued.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and to use ladders or elevated equipment when needed.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional window cleaning and pressure washing services.
• Work at residential and commercial properties within assigned territory.
• Safely operate pressure washers, water-fed poles, ladders, lifts, and other equipment.
• Deliver high-quality results with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Protect customer property and follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
